1. To become a member of the BCTA, please download and fill out the form. After filling out the form, you can either:

League Tennis Facility Fee
(per player/per team required for USTA team tennis only)
A $10 fee is required for each team the player plays on. For example, if you play on 2 teams, you will need to pay a $20 facility fee.
